Currently my city has high residency restrictions for sex offenders which results them to be homeless. Wisconsin has harsh weather during various times through out the year. I have found several locations that meet the guidelines of the residency restrictions for these people and would like to purchase the locations to either build or remodel so these people can pay rent and have adequate housing.
