Brad is a seasoned corporate and business development executive and former US DoD Director of Program Analysis and Evaluation, serving under both the Bush and Obama Administrations. At the Pentagon he also acted as the Deputy Under Secretary of Defense for Logistics and Materiel Readiness, and led Secretary Gates’ ISR Task Force. Brad is also a former McKinsey Partner and successful entrepreneur.

Wes is a serial technologist and entrepreneur with a diverse and successful background in a variety of senior software engineering and tech executive roles in the US and Europe. An award winner as the Chief Software Engineer for Lunar X-Prize team Part Time Scientists, he also invented the ConstantQ thruster and is a founder of Team Miles (NASA)​
