Yaniv served for six years as development manager at Mobileye, where he was responsible for the design, algorithm development and implementation of an industry-leading, real-time, video-based vehicle safety system. He developed the vision system used by a driverless, off-road vehicle that took the lead over the first 30 miles in the 2005 DARPA Grand Challenge. He earned his MSc in Comp Sci from the Hebrew University and has consulted for GM.

Max has worked in strategic planning and business development for 20 years. At Zim, he advised senior management on strategic, economic and operational planning issues for 4 years. He served as a product manager for an electronic software security device for 2 years. Since 1996, Max has provided management consulting and business development services in all sectors of the economy. Max earned his BA from Yale and his MBA from the Univ. of Chicago.
