Michael Moore has enjoyed a successful career in Investment and Commercial Real Estate Sales and Development, dating to the early 1970's. Michael applied the skills acquired there to expand into the related fields of golf course development and management, as well as golf course ownership. He and his wife of nearly 38 years remain very active in the day to day operations of The RMG Club.

Shawn has over 25 years of golf operations experience from within nearly all facets of the golf industry. Shawn has spent 10 of those years working with the PGA of America, and the remaining years in golf course operations and ownership. Shawn has devoted much of his time assisting with growth of the game initiatives. Shawn has served on numerous Boards of Directors, most recently serving as President of the Bremerton Area Chamber of Commerce.

Don is a Certified Public Accountant that has served as an Auditor with the Washington State Department of Revenue, and Controller for the Pacific Northwest Section, PGA. Don formerly enjoyed a career in golf course turf management and agronomy.

Ryan Moore is currently a PGA Tour Professional. Raised in the Tacoma, WA area, Ryan played collegiate golf at UNLV, and became one of the most decorated Amateur golfers in U.S. history. Ryan is also one of the few golfers to have gained full exemption to the PGA Tour without competing in Q-School. Ryan is ranked in the top 40 golfers in the World Golf Ranking, and finished 11th in the 2012 Fed Ex Cup Points Standings.

Michael Weiss has been in the investment banking business for nearly 20 years, performing valuations, mergers and acquisitions for mid market clients. Michael began his career with the international accounting firm, Deloitte and then built his own CPA practice. Michael holds his FINRA series, 7, 63 and 79 licenses as well as Washington real estate broker and CPA.
