But the systems and processes used in this segment reek with inefficiencies. They range from bad customers interfaces, one to one connections & weak CRM capabilities. By relying on these technologies the service providers are left with a situation where their primary goal is customer retention in the post warranty service period.

At Rivet we aim to transform the service delivery platform by providing a cloud based market network in an easily scalable SaaS model. This would enable the service providers to engage with their customers through rich interactive interfaces (Mobile and Web Apps) and leverage the power of the cloud to not only improve their customer satisfaction but also up-sell and cross-sell to their customer base.

Rivet would be rolled out to the services providers in a SaaS model, where in they will pay access charges for the services used. Following this model will enable us to generate revenue from the first year and put us on a trajectory for a sustained revenue growth.
