Ted spent 19 years working for Campbell Soup Company. As VP Integrated Shopper Solutions, was responsible for integrated marketing for all Campbell US businesses. Developed all major promotional platforms including the NFL, Stamp Out Hunger, and Labels for Education. Served as Marketing Director for the Pepperidge Farm flagship Cookie ($350MM) and Frozen($180MM) franchises. Led Shopper Marketing for strategic engagement with all key retailers.

Josh managed several brands for consumer packaged goods companies. At General Mills, he worked on the Yoplait, Green Giant and Pillsbury brands. At Birds Eye Foods, he launched the $400MM Steamfresh brand. At Alleson Athletic, a major athletic apparel company, he managed strategic accounts including Dick’s Sporting Goods, New Balance, and the NFL.

Most recently Josh introduced upstate NY to the Yogurtland self-serve frozen yogurt franchise.
