Rise Counseling Center of Southeast Michigan (RCC) was created to provide quality mental health services, and decrease the wait-time children and adults have to endure to see a therapist. RCC is a general mental health practice with a plan to strategically serve all Michigan’s regions; and a mission to reduce the disparity between services and needs in those regions.
