Steve Bollinger's background includes leadership positions Founder, President and COO in the medical device and biologic market. He founded and sold several device companies and served as EIR at Highland Capital Partners & Pittsburgh Life Sciences Greenhouse. Mr. Bollinger holds 7 medical patents, with multiple pending. A mechanical engineering graduate of the US Military Academy West Point, he received his M.B.A. from Oklahoma City University.

Kaia Sipple’s background includes leadership roles in finance, accounting and product management. Her medical device industry background includes Medrad, now a division of Bayer HealthCare, and Suros Surgical Systems, a successful startup that is now a division of Hologic, Inc., which specializes in women’s health. Kaia has a B.A. from the College of Wooster and an M.S. in Management from Purdue University. Kaia is formerly licensed as a CPA.

Glenn Kanner's medical device career includes leading product development and launch activities in both established corporations and start-up organizations. His leadership and hand-on creativity have resulted in several new products and the acquisition of two start-up organizations. Glenn has worked for companies including Mentor, Medtronic, Den-Mat, angioLINK and Pervasis Therapeutics and holds numerous patents.

Andy's background includes leadership roles in medical devices & the military. His teams have cleared & licensed devices globally in medical imaging, cardiovascular assist, sleep apnea, & rehabilitative therapy. Previous employers include UPMC Presby Hospital; the Univ. of Pgh Dept of Rehabilitative Science; Medrad, a Division of Bayer; and Philips Respironics. Andy holds a B.S. in Physics from Penn State & a M.S. in Bioengineering from Pitt.

Brianna has a background in marketing and sales. Brianna leads our marketing and sales departments, while continuously driving business development. She plays an active role in driving our consumer dialogue through our marketing channels. Brianna’s educational background includes a B.S. in Finance and Marketing from the University of Pittsburgh and a M.B.A. from the Joseph M. Katz Graduate School of Business in Marketing & Strategy.
