Grant has extensive experience starting businesses and managing rapid growth, early stage businesses. Over the past 5 years, he's been developing Riley's and honing his knowledge of consumer packaged goods and the dynamic pet industry. In the 1990s, as an early internet developer, he built and sold Habanero Computing Solutions, Inc. Following the sale of Habanero, Grant got an MBA at Washington University in St. Louis.

Molly is a veteran in the marketing and communications industry. Her strategic guidance has led to successful product launches on four different continents and stewardship of over 30 CPG Brands from multiple Fortune 500 companies. Her industry knowledge was honed over many years working on Pet Food Brands for MARS and Nestle Purina. She was a VP, Director of Account Management at D’Arcy Worldwide before launching out on her own with her husband.

As Director of Sales, Terry manages all sales activity across three sales channels. His experience ranges from retail merchandising and buying for May Department Stores to Regional and National Sales Manager for several companies including 10+ years focused exclusively in the fast growing pet industry.  As National Sales Manager for FURminator, Terry contributed over $7.0 million in direct sales.

As Director of Product Development at Riley’s, Hyran manages the overall product development and Regulatory Affairs.  As an R&D director at Nestle Purina/Ralston Purina Cos., she managed the successful introduction of innovative products for domestic and international market for pet foods and pet care categories Expertise: New Product Dev., Project Portfolio Management, R&D Management, Regulatory Affairs, Strategic Planning, and Leadership.
