Baz has a BA (Hons) Degree in product design and his under-graduate work formed the foundation for the company's formation in 2009. A highly determined and tenacious individual, Baz has been the driving force behind Rikoset from inception, and is responsible for getting the company to its current position. An award winning designer and entrepreneur, Baz's key stregnths include design, sales, business development and business strategy.

A Principal Lecturer at the Cardiff School of Art and Design, Cardiff Metropolitan University and co-founder and Director of the Centre for Creativity Ltd, Dr Loudons research interests focus on creativity, play and innovation, combining ideas from anthropology and psychology, engineering and design. Previously worked for Apple Research and Ericsson Research in the design and development of new software and computer embedded products

Appointed Professor of Clinical Technology and Diagnostics at the University of South Wales, UK in 2009, Dr McCarthy moved to the University of Glamorgan (UK) in 1999. He has more than 20 years of experience teaching Physiology, Pharmacology, Pathology and research methodology in the UK. During this time Dr McCarthy has been an active member of the ethics sub-committees for each of the institutions.

Guy gained a BA (Hons) in accountancy and offers academic knowledge and experience to budgetary control, profit and loss account responsibility and investment decisions of business. Business strategy, forecasting, and planning are a particular strength having spent 5 years working for a leading business start-up consultancy.

A very talented and enthusiastic young designer Kit has a 1st class BA (Hons) degree in Product Design and MSC in Advanced Product Design (Distinction). After impressing during his work placement as part of his MSC, Kit joined the Rikoset Team and has been pivotal in developing a number of products with strong intellectual property. A highly driven individual, Kit is a master craftsmen and model maker with excellent CAD/CAM skills.
