Joseph is Chair and Professor of Military Science at the University of Texas at Austin. He is a career Army officer and Iraq Veteran with a background in logistics and planning, having been responsible for the movement of thousands of troops, vehicles, and equipment from the United States to Iraq. Joseph has also held teaching positions at West Point. Joseph holds a Master’s Degree from Harvard, and a BS from West Point

After leaving the military in 2009, Craig co-founded & served as Chief Operating Officer of BTS, co-founded APX Labs, & co-founded BTS Software Solutions. Prior to joining the private sector Craig spent 17 years in the Army, most of that time as an active duty Military Intelligence Officer serving in multiple NSA assignments & locations. Craig graduated in the top 2% of his West Point class & later earned his Ph.D. from Columbia University.

Prior to RideScout Mr. Milbrandt was the founder of Slacker Radio with over 30 million active listeners. He was the CTO & Founder Celite Systems, a VC funded start-up focused on providing improved broadband network technology to large telecommunication providers. Mr. Milbrandt held senior technical positions at Cisco Systems & Texas Instruments. Mr Milbrandt has 6 US patents in the area of signal processing & adaptive digital control systems.

Before joining RideScout, Steve served for over 23 years in the U.S. Army in various assignments. During his Army career, he was awarded the Legion of Merit, the Bronze Star, & the Purple Heart medals. Steve graduated summa cum laude from Cal Poly with a BS in Management Information Systems in 1993 & subsequently received a Masters in Management & Economics from the Naval Postgraduate School.

Before joining the RideScout team, John served for over 20 years in the U.S. Army. His assignments included duty as a commander, chief of staff and most recently, as a counterterrorism policy specialist in the Office of the Secretary of Defense. John graduated from Boston College in 1992 and subsequently earned a Masters in Public Policy and Fiscal Management from the McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University.

Katie served as Program Director of Washington, D.C’s goDCgo program. In 2010, Katie launched Capital Bikeshare. While managing marketing for the DC Circulator, Katie increased ridership to 5 million annual trips. In 2012, Katie was recognized as one of the Top 40 Under 40 in transportation demand management & in 2009 was the first to receive the Outstanding Contributor, Public Sector award by DATA.

Rachel Charlesworth is a digital marketing professional with five years experience in community management, branding, search engine optimization & public relations. Before joining RideScout, Rachel lived & worked in Buenos Aires as the Marketing Manager for myZone Media. Prior to her time abroad, Rachel worked as the Communications Manager at Battlefield Telecommunications Systems in Columbia, MD. Rachel graduated from Lehigh University in 2009.
