Arezou is a determined and passionate entrepreneur with 20 years of food industry experience in product development, quality assurance and production in Canada, US and internationally. She has developed flavours for brands such as Mike’s Hard Lemonade, Palm Bay, Palm Breeze, Okanagan Cider, Cayman Jack, and Stanley Park Beer.

Entrepreneur and startup evangelist. Led SFU’s business-incubator program through a major restructuring and funding campaign from 2013 - 2015. Previous Director, Innovation Translation Programs for Providence Healthcare. Past professor and course designer in SFU's Tech Entrepreneurship program. Michelle completed her PhD in Boston, is an Ivey Executive MBA candidate and splits her time between Toronto and Vancouver, Canada.
