Vianka, brings over 7+ years business operations experience to the Rhoost team. She has also been a member of an investment fund group for over 10 years. Vianka holds a BA in Psychology from Boston College and an MPH from Boston University. The Rhoost idea was born when Vianka went to childproof her own home and could not find products that fulfilled on her safety needs and preserved her lifestyle.

Tavinder, 2012 recipient of Babson Rising Star Entreprenuer Award, brings 10+ years business analytics experience and 5+ years business strategy experience to the team. Tavinder holds a BA in Psychology from Boston University, an MPH from Tufts University, and an MBA from Babson College.

Matt bring 15 years product design, development, & manufacturing experience to the team. He is Founder and President of Design Turn Inc, a product development and manufacturing company. Matt is also an adjunct faculty member at the Rhode Island School of Design; and a Senior Lecturer in Design at MIT. Matt holds a BFA from the Rhode Island School of Design.
