Company Summary

As a having been in the management feild before, i chose to try creating my own company. A company i can make my own rules, run my own way, choose my own hours, set my own pay, and help whoever i want to help in the process. I chose construction because also previous experience in the feild and it also has a promising future. Though the present is kinda dim. I planned out my company i guess as a triangle pointing three different directions. The first is carpentry. I am a trim carpenter going into new homes and installing trim moulding, cabinets, doors, closet shelves, crown moulding, etc. Next part of the triangle is my actual construction side where i currently am a contracted construction manager doing basically the same job as a superintendent on a construction site would do. Plus i also do remodel and handyman work. And the last point on my triangle is why i am needing funding. Though real estate investing may be a different business in a sense they go hand in hand. When you buy real estate sometimes you need to hire a contractor to do the work on it and you are looking at alot of expense in labor but me having that already covered i can buy a property and do one of three things fix it up to rent out, flip, or do a contract for deed to sell it over time. All of which i have personal experience dealing with. As i accumulate properties i will be building my business's net worth along with my assets and my residual income figuring 1 of every 10 houses i will be able to do small repairs and sell for a good proffit. Having been a employer in a corporate agency in the past i beleive that impression means everything and to make a good impression you have to be dressed to impress. Which incurrs that i would have to stockpile uniforms specific to each division of my company. Keep up to date on all training and technology and have respectful looking transportation. So i have to have capital. Not only to buy and fix houses but also to make my business look like a success. I have to first look successful in order to be successful. I am steadily out putting out business cards and running adds to boost my business but at the rate things are progressing i will not be able to really make a proffit without the real estate investing side kicking in. Basically. I need capital to become successful. Thank you
