John is currently the Director of Technical Sciences at the University of Oregon where he leads a team of scientists, engineers, and machinists to deliver world-class scientific equipment to research labs and high-tech industry around the world. Since 2001 he has personally designed, built, and delivered over 1000 completed projects encompassing a diverse range of end uses. As director he has doubled the department's revenue in two years.

Cliff comes to Rhithwir with 35 years of Engineering and Project Management experience working in both the public and private sectors. In every position he has quickly become a leader due to his knowledge, focus, and commitment to achieving objectives. His experience is deepest in the areas of high speed 3D scanning and Servo feedback loops for motion. This has allowed us to achieve rapid development cycles for our core technologies.

William Schoeffler is majoring in business at the University of Oregon.
