Ben oversees all components of the company’s operations. Prior to founding Rewards Systems, Ben worked for three years as an attorney at Latham and Watkins in San Diego, where he focused on emerging companies. He has a J.D. from Harvard Law School and a B.A. from Stanford University.

Ernie manages product development at Rewards Systems. He is currently the Treasurer at DriveTime Automotive Group, where he started and oversees the company’s 20-person Quantitative Solutions group and leads the IT Strategy Committee. He has a B.S.E. from Stanford University.

Mark builds the algorithms that make Rewards Systems tick. He has spent the last decade using data to analyze how consumers behave and how companies and customers interact. He is currently an Assistant Professor at The Wharton School and has a Ph.D. in Economics from Stanford University.

Ernie is responsible for network security along with the maintenance of the company’s cloud-based infrastructure. Prior to Rewards Systems, Ernie designed and delivered complex database systems and web-serving platforms for numerous companies, including Sun Microsystems.
