    An entrepreneur and healthcare management professional from Broward county, Florida, now in northern Virginia, Mr. Burley obtained his bachelor's degree in healthcare management from Florida A&M University in 2008. Mr. Burley founded RevolutionReliance.com in 2010 to uplift and empower communities facing economic hardship. He came up with the Revolution Reliance brand while working for a nonprofit healthcare network in innercity, Miami in 2009.
