William has earned an MBA in real estate finance, a series 7 and 66, Broker, Building Contractor and commercial pilots licenses.

Chrsitos Kuliopulos has over 20 years of real estate advisory and investment experience. As the founder of Blue Ocean RE Advisors, he has been involved in over $5 billion in real estate transactions.

Christos will manage business development efforts utilizing his vast experience and existing network of real estate investment firms, operators, developers, brokers, private and institutional investors, private equity firms and family offices.

Walter deMilly, founder of RE Capital Partners, will serve as the operation manager providing underwriting analysis for incoming deal flow.

Mr. deMilly has assembled over $500 million in acquisitions, syndicating apartment complexes throughout the southeast, served as a director of a hotel group, and has developed condominium projects.
