Company Summary

Return on Change was established as a way to improve access to investor deal flow and startup capital by providing an online marketplace for issuers and investors. The imminent adoption of crowdfunding regulations and the disruptive power of the internet represent a new way in which startup finance will be conducted. RoC will leverage these changes to provide accessible methods to fund ventures in profitable and critical industries.

Team

  • Stan was born in Ukraine where he received his Master's degree in Informatics at the age of 20. After graduation, Stan has been working in software outsourcing and consulting business with partners from Western Europe and United States. His clients included mobile, enterprise and startup companies. Stan's experience is very diverse - from integration of financial institutions with SWIFT network to writing social and mobile games.

    CMO

    Natasha is a graduate of the School of Management at Binghamton University where she double majored in Global Management and Marketing. Upon graduation, she received a full scholarship to attend The Smeal College of Business at Penn State where she received her MBA in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, and Strategic Leadership. After working on brand and consumer marketing strategies for the CPG industry, she is eager to return to the startup world.

  • Founder and CEO

    Prior to founding Return on Change, Sang worked as an investment banker in the energy field at WestLB and BNP Paribas, accruing a wealth of expertise in financial regulation, business, and financial structuring. Additionally, he has significant experience in the advisory and execution of more than $10.0 Bn equivalent of energy transactions in North America.
