William is a C-Level leader and serial entrepreneur with 25 years of international experience within innovation. He has built multiple fashion brands, lead teams, in product development. In 2014, he was invited to join an international think-tank to create the revolutionary brand, Thindown - The World’s First Real Down Fabric, and went on to be named on a Red Dot Award for the global success of the brand’s development, packaging, and marketing.

Gangadhar is a materials scientist, with expertise across textiles, building materials, food, and biosensors. He has co-founded three materials science startups based on sustainable chemistry. He led venture backed NanoPaper and Crop Enhancement to successful commercialization/licenses. He has raised ~$12M in venture funding and has >20 issued patents and more than 50 filings.

Adam is a pioneer in textile recycling. He began collecting and recycling clothing as a personal project and has now recycled over 20 million lbs of clothing and textiles. He began his career as a day trader, building and managing a team of 15 people. Adam has 15 years of experience creating collection hubs for municipalities, apartment buildings, organizations and fashion brands.
