    Geoff launched RFA in Atlanta in 2010 as a home retrofit contracting business and pilot for developing and testing elements of the Home Retrofit IT System™. As an entrepreneur, he launched and exited the Hertz franchise for Ukraine, restructured First Tuesday’s global operations as CEO in London, and developed large-scale energy infrastructure projects in C&E Europe. He earned an MBA from the Wharton School and an AB from Dartmouth College.

    Valeriy is the lead delivery unit manager at Ciklum, a global IT development company. He has extensive experience in IT development in the finance and microcomputer sectors.

    Dr. Realff is an associate professor at Georgia Tech, where he specializes in statistical modeling for process optimization and decision making tools. He holds a Ph.D. from MIT and a B.Eng. degree from Imperial College in London.
