    Ryan has a decade of experience building software in a wide variety of contexts and roles. Ryan is an extraordinary product architect and built the first version of Retrium from scratch.

    COO

    An executive coach and serial entrepreneur, Niki’s mission in life is to help people work better together. Niki was a co-founder of AgileZen (acquired by Rally Software in 2010) and the VP of Operations at Adzerk. She has a background in I/O psychology and has had roles in organizational development and business operations.
