Thompson has 16 years of healthcare experience. Governor Dayton appointed him to the MNsure Board of Directors. The MN commissioner of health appointed Thompson to the MN price transparency workgroup. He is also a co-founder of healthcare.mn. From the U of MN, he earned a B.S. in Economics, an M.S. in Statistics and an MBA from Carlson. One thing he is proud of is building an algorithm that could predict the author of Ancient Greek texts.

Jessica Fashant-Peterson has been a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner since 2009 after receiving her Master’s of Science in Nursing from the University of Minnesota. She is also a member of the American Holistic Nurses Association and can give advice on alternative therapies when the technologies of modern medicine fail to provide complete relief of symptoms.
