David worked within the Department of Veterans Affairs for 13 years, with his last post as Chief of Staff for the VA’s National Artificial Intelligence Institute (NAII). He is close with an extensive network of federal leaders, including the 105 members of the executive leadership class (of which he was President), program directors, and the staff of the VA’s AI Institute.

He was a senior program director at L3 Technologies (one of the top 6 defense contractors in the world), is a veteran of the US Navy’s Nuclear program, and has worked as an executive leadership and project management consultant since his time at L3.
