The first stage is a 30 seats Resto Bar, where you can have a unique experience, with original cocktails, progressive side dishes, and white-glove service. The cocktails are created with the ideas of flavor compounds and the techniques learned through molecular gastronomy. Each cocktail is served alongside a “tapas” sized dish of food. We also have extended dinner menu. Cocktails of this flavor and design are not found anywhere else in Montreal.
