A Large Fitness Center which I would like to eventually turn into a chain. I want to start small and get off the ground. A fitness center with rules of respect, where everyone feels welcome without intimidation. No equipment camping, and time limited when the gym is full. Limiting time on machines, especially during busy hours. a gym allowing outside trainers to pay a training rate and train at the facility. Affordable to everyone.
