The Corporation’s Business Plan is a straightforward process by which THE COMPANY may expand its current 4000 acre feet of water assets (with a present-day value of $40 million), to over 100,000 acre feet of water assets worth $1 billion. This is based on 16 years of direct legal, engineering, hydrology, exploration, production, development, and practical use of the water assets. The cash investment to date exceeds $13.6 million.
