Chief Financial OfficerEthan has been an IT, Internet and information security investor since 1998 when he joined his first venture capital firm. He joined Allegra Partners in 2000 and was a Partner at One Equity Partners and Milestone Venture Partners before joining Resilient first as an investor and later as CFO. He has served on the Boards of CyberTrust (sold to Verizon), Telwares, Worktopia.com and now Resilient.

Chairman and Chief Executive OfficerMr. Spires served as the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Chief Information Officer (CIO) from August 2009 till May 2013. In this capacity, Mr. Spires was responsible for the strategy and operations of the department’s annual $5.6 billion investment in Information Technology (IT). Mr. Spires also served as the Vice-Chairman of the Federal Government CIO Council and the Co-Chairman of the Committee for National Security Systems (CNSS).

Prior to Alsop Louie Partners, he was the founder, Chairman of the board and CEO of Cassatt Corporation, an enterprise software and services company acquired by CA in 2009. Bill founded and was the first Chairman and CEO of BEA Systems.

Chief ScientistDr. Hartzband has developed advanced database and metadata technologies, including knowledge base, similarity-based reasoning systems and model and ontology-based systems. He has also developed products in the distributed middleware, content management and collaboration areas, as well as architectures for large-scale data and information management systems.

EVP DevelopmentRob has been developing systems software for over 35 years. He was CTO and EVP of Product Development at cloud-computing pioneer Cassatt Corporation, joining in 2004. Prior to that he was Chief Engineer and a Sun Fellow at Sun Microsystems where he worked on the development of systems software, software productization techniques and processes, and standards. Rob has a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Case Western Reserve University.

Britton WanickEVP Customer RelationsPreviously, Brit served as the EVP for Technical Services and Operations at Kestrel, a Boeing acquisition. Under his leadership, the Kestrel Technical Services team was transformed into a world-class engineering organization, doubling in size to support major DoD and Intelligence Community initiatives. Brit holds a BS in Naval Architecture from the USNA, and served as a Nuclear Submarine Officer before transitioning to software in 2000.
