He was VP for Resident Services at AIMCO (NYSE:AIV), at the time the largest US owner of apartments. Then as Division President for RealPage (NASDAQ:RP) he managed the StarFire (R&D) and CrossFire (now LeaseStar). These divisions provided marketing software, call center services, resident portals and related platforms.

At ByTheZip.com, TJ was able to successfully build a sales model using a strict method-based process of calls and emails.
