The Republic of Jam is an award winning artisanal food producer of unique jams & syrups, as well as savory fruit products like mustard, ketchup, pickled fruits and other fruit based condiments. We sell our products primarily (around 90%) from our retail store in Carlton, OR (where we provide tastings of food cooked with our products, called Swanky Tastings, in our tasting room modeled in the fashion of the many nearby winery tasting rooms).
