Fiona Nielsen, founder and CEO is a bioinformatics scientist with a background in software development. She has 15 years of experience in software development ranging from web applications to scientific tools for genetic analysis. Fiona has worked on software development projects both in industry, e.g. web content management tools before the days of WordPress, and developed several analysis tools targeted for genetic research.

Adrian Alexa, CTO, is a data scientist with expertise in algorithm optimisation and API development. His experience is in algorithm design, data structures and data mining techniques. Before joining the Repositive team and leading the platform development, he worked as a bioinformatics scientist at the illumina, contributing to the design of various in-house analytical platforms and to the BaseSpace cloud computing ecosystem.
