27 year interactive entertainment industry veteran having held key positions at Activision, Atari, Sierra On-Line, and Pulse Interactive. Pulse Interactive was Mr. Trowe's first start-up, which he sold to SK Telecom 3 years later for a 5x return on revenues of $1.25mm.

Al has been designing, programming, and creating music for games since the early 1980s. He started, and finished, with Sierra On-Line with such smash hits as King's Quest, Space Quest, and the infamous Leisure Suit Larry. When Paul approached Al to come out of retirement to continue the franchise as well as revive other franchises, Al couldn't resist and is now a full time employee of Replay Games.

Mr. Mandel started his career at Sierra full-time in 1990, first as a Junior Producer, and eventually running the in-house Product Design department. Since then, he has designed, written, and/or produced more than 40 games for Legend Entertainment, Microsoft, Broderbund, Sir-Tech, and more, and was former Director of Game Design at Sega of America. Today he runs the entire creative side for Replay Games.
