    Dr. Boice is responsible for the formulation and execution of Repairogen's research and product development strategies. Prior to co-founding Repairogen, Dr. Boice gained experience working for a biotech startup focused on the development of cancer drugs, which was later acquired. Dr. Boice received his PhD in Pharmacology from Weill Cornell Medical College and his research has been published in high impact journals such as Cell.

    Mr. Borchetta’s responsibilities include overseeing product development and building industry and investor relationships. Prior to co-founding Repairogen, he worked as an attorney providing legal counsel to venture capital firms and startups in the healthcare space on different subjects, including intellectual property strategy, corporate finance, and employment matters. He has extensive experience negotiating and drafting corporate agreements.

    Jesse is a turnaround executive in the Healthcare Technologies Industry and is formerly the General Manager at Klara Inc. (formerly Goderma GmbH), a leading teledermatology company. Jesse assists Repairogen in business development matters and the development of marketing, sales, and distribution strategies. He also provides guidance on product development and commercialization.

    Tony is a Cosmetics Scientist, Innovator and Consultant. He has been involved in the research and development of cosmetics for over 20 years and collaborated with some of the top skin scientists in the world. A former VP of Research and Development at Elizabeth Arden, he was responsible for some of the most notable launches in cosmetic history. His work has included discovering cutting edge technologies and formulations for use in new products.

  • VP of Marketing & Brand Development

    Barbara is a strategic marketing executive with over fifteen years experience leading Marketing Strategy for prestige consumer brands. She has managed the New Brand/Product Development process of a number of cosmetic products from concept creation through execution and launch. She has proven expertise partnering with cross-functional & regional teams to bring new beauty brands to market, while meeting company objectives and financial targets.
