Prior to co-founding Rentricity, Mr. Zammataro served as FVP at Merrill Lynch, where he maintained overall responsibility for technology related strategic alliances, investments, marketing, and sales. He also drove the global market and product strategy, business development, and corporate communications activities.

Mr. Spinell has nearly 40 years experience in the power and energy sectors. He held a variety of executive positions in the areas of engineering, operations, sales and marketing, strategy, and technology. He led the major turnaround of a fuel engineering and fabrication business as well as an instrumentation and controls business. He earned M.S. degrees in Nuclear Engineering and Industrial Management from Purdue University.

Dr. Satish has over 25 years of experience in the field of experimental and computational hydro-technical engineering. He holds several international patents and his inventions have significantly affected the field of hydraulics. Dr. Satish has secured several million dollars in research and contract funding and has published over 150 international journal and conference papers. He's Associate Dean of Engineering Research, Dalhousie University.

Mollie GardnerSenior Vice President of Operations
Ms. Gardner develops partnerships in support of Rentricity business development. Prior to Rentricity, Ms. Gardner worked for five years at Verdant Power as a senior resource analyst and regulatory specialist. There she helped lead the company's East River project. Prior to Verdant, Ms. Gardner was with Kearns & West working with hydropower and hydrokinetic clients. Ms. Gardner holds a BA in geology from Hamilton College.
