Rentgrata is a resident referral platform that leverages social networking to connect people searching for apartments with current residents of apartment communities. The platform provides a medium for a discussion between the two parties, and rewards them for helping to generate a new lease. Initially, we will generate revenue from our property manager customers on a per-lead or per-lease basis, and then move to a subscription based model.
