Cherie spent 10+ years developing 2 startup businesses while embracing the challenges of working in Corporate America. She has led high performing teams to develop and execute plans, tackling a variety of business challenges, including long-term technology projects. As an entrepreneur, she managed to turn around her loss-making business FIRM1040 in 5 years by identifying and achieving new market opportunities.

She is a NJ CPA and has an MBA.

Kezia established Kizkopop, New Jersey’s first & only branding agency exclusively for women of color in 2010. She brings a wealth of experience in graphic design, advanced digital marketing and social media management. Her mission is to help melanin women succeed in entrepreneurship to build confidence, meaningful relationships and stronger communities.
