We produce electricity on land using sea water for low cost, reliable, firm energy for worldwide customers. After 5 years of research our system is ready to demonstrate how to address Hawaii's Renewable Energy Challenge.     Mr. Wilkinson earned his Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering at the University of Iowa, a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Chicago, and post graduate training at the University of Michigan, Harvard and Stanford Universities.

    Dr. Richard Navarro, Ph.D., Founder & President of Creative Minds Solutions, LLC, and Renewable Ocean Energy Inc. He earned a B. Sci & MA at Western Mich U and a Ph.D. Vanderbilt U. He has extensive training and experience in research, business management, sales and marketing. He has authored over 100 papers and invented 4 utility patents. His inventions are used globally. He authored “Resurrection of the Blue Planet’.

    Senior Field Engineer

    Electrical CIPM has over 30 years of world wide experience in the development of electrical production projects including geothermal and hydroelectricity in Mexico, Philippines, Japan, Indonesia, Hungary, and the Dominican Republic. He is the former President of Tidal Power Global LLC.
    Mr. McGee completed his B Sci in Electrical Engineering at Trinity University and studied engineering technology at Texas Lutheran University.

    Juan Perales, P.E., is a civil engineer with over 30 years of experience managing and directing a wide variety of public utility, comprehensive planning, zoning, and land use projects dealing with wastewater, and transportation as the former Assistant City Manager for Corpus Christi TX. He is a Certified Floodplain Manager.
    Mr. Perales earned his Bachelor of Science in civil engineering degree from the University of Texas at Austin.

    Maria Thompson is a Director and Treasurer for Renewable Ocean Energy, Inc. and studied accounting at Lake Michigan College. She has over 35 years of progressive management experience. As the Business Manager for the Galien Township Schools, Galien MI she was responsible for day to day operations. Her experience includes managing multi-million dollar local and state funds, payroll, and all financial operations.

    Procurement Officer

    Mr. Karr has over 30 years of world wide experience in the construction and fabrication for major refinery petro-chem and power plant projects including all structural, fabrication, and installation of structural steel and ducting for the $ 658 M Valero Fuel Gas Scrubber Project. He also served as the International Operations Manager for JV International in Aruba. He is the Contracts Manager with the TransCanada Keystone Pipeline Project.

    Major Adrian is an environmental and safety engineer who has provided his services to over 133 countries in the last 28 years. He earned his Bachelor Science degree in Environmental and Safety Engineering from Southwest Texas University. He is a former Marine and was raised in Honolulu, Hawaii.

    Jean Jeremiah, MBA, Director of Governmental and Community Liaison, earned her MBA, Phoenix University and has extensive skills as a liaison and consultant to government, private business, and community organizations such as the Office of Economic Development with the City and County of Honolulu. She is deeply involved in a variety of community projects and is the President of the Oahu Filipino Community Council.
