Mr. Melehan is an seasoned executive with over 20 years of broad based managerial responsibility leading projects through design, finance and construction. He has directed many complex projects in the areas of renewable energy, real estate development and heavy civil construction. Mr. Melehan holds an MS in Civil Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a Masters in Business Administration from Babson College.

Mr. Ouimet provides a deep base of experience and expertise in the management of infrastructure and energy projects. He has successfully completed a significant number of challenging projects serving in the capacity of design principal, construction manager, owner’s representative and project developer. Mr Ouimet holds a Bachelor of Nuclear Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and is formerly a Captain in the U.S. Air Force.
