The proposed project team and its partners, supported by Rocky Mountain Institute (RMI) will introduce and operationalize a set of market facilitation activities required to scale advanced building construction and technologies across Nevada and the surrounding desert climate region, in order to drive a dramatic increase in the energy efficiency and performance of existing and new buildings with fabricated retrofit packages.
