Charlie has over 20 yrs. experience launching and scaling high-impact sustainability ventures. He previously was with C-Quest Capital, LLC (CQC), a carbon finance business dedicated to originating and developing high-quality emission reduction projects in Africa, India & Latin America. Charlie was a principal at SCRC, an investment manager focusing on sustainable infrastructure. Prior to SCRC, Charlie founded and scaled two social ventures.

Steve has 25 years experience in energy, complex project management, business development and direct investing. He has built and managed independent power plants and is a registered engineer. Steve leads the project development and asset management team. Steve was Secretary of the Environment for the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and led the "Stem to Stern" review of the "Big Dig."
