Rent to own model where the customer selects the home. We purchase & manage the property while they live in the home w/ 5 yrs to exercise the purchase option.
Our business model is relatively simple based on the Rent to Own nature of a customer leasing a Single Family Home until they are able to exercise the option to purchase the home which increases each year.
The basis of our strategy let's the customer choose the home so we hold no inventory until we have a tenant and our risk mitigation puts a focus on the location and quality of the home to protect invested capital.
