Tess Fennelly Co-founder and CEO has her BS in chemistry and an MBA. She has over 30 years of experience in the chemical industry in commercial & business development roles. She is a champion in Green Chemistry who received the 2017 GC3 'Green and Safe Chemistry Award'.

Marc is Director of Manufacturing and Supply Chain. He has 15 years of experience in process operation of manufacturing plants. He spent 10 years at two renewable and safe chemical start-ups running their production and demonstration plants honing his skills in process/product development. His efficiency and attention to detail enables him to operate in a lean manner to maximize productivity.

Alain has been working with chemical formulations for over twenty years. After getting his degree in Biophysical Environmental Sciences, Alain entered the Personal Care Industry in Quality Assurance and later in Research and Development. While his last position was with 3M, Alain has always enjoyed working and sharing visions with several technical disciplines.

Maria Dubon graduated from Luther College with a BA in Chemistry. She is very excited to now be working at remooble, where she has a chance to combine her love of science with her long-standing commitment to environmental stewardship and sustainable living.

Adam has 16 years of experience in Finance in both the military and private sectors. After earning his MBA from the Carlson School of Management, Adam went to work for Allianz where he ultimately oversaw a $9.2B alternative assets portfolio that consisted of real estate, private equity and renewable energy. Adam currently is a City Councilperson in Tonka Bay and Chairman of the Excelsior Fire District.

Sara’s 20 years of CPG Marketing experience includes work on brands like Gold’n Plump, Just BARE chicken, Kemps & Sweet Me Creamery. Her new product development experience spans strategy and ideation, pipeline development, consumer research and go-to-market planning. Sara is often used for the development of complex product lines requiring new category entry or new brand launch. Her track record includes 12+ retail product line launches.
