Darya was just finishing up her Master’s Degree in Quantitative Methods in Social Sciences from Columbia University when she and her brother started reKiosk. Prior to her degree, Darya worked in operations and accounting at a $5BN DC based fund-of-fund and spent almost three years, during the heart of the financial crisis, on the trading desk and then as Head of Investor Relations and CCO at LM Isis, a women-run hedge fund in Greenwich, CT.

Aziz co-founded Arcade Sunshine Media, a digital publishing and production company that was recently named one of the 29 companies shaping the eBook platform landscape and whose clients include the Smithsonian, Travel Channel and HBO. Prior to that, he worked in documentary film and television as an executive and VP at JWM Productions where he produced hit series for History, Discovery Channel, A&E and National Geographic. He has a BA from Yale.
