Founded to commercialize unique, patent-pending technology developed with UA, for which it holds exclusive license. ~$9m has been raised to develop the technology - ($7m to UA and $2m to REhnu) and leverages over $100m of research, development and production of world class opto-mechanical systems at UA for over 30yrs led by REhnu's founder, Dr Roger Angel. Our technology will be competitive without subsidy with fossil based energy at high volume.

30+ yrs experience in design and manufacture of large optical and mechanical systems. Professor of Optical Sciences and Astronomy at UA Steward Observatory. 2010 Kavli Prize winner for Astrophysics. Record of innovation in optics includes: new method to grind and polish glass mirrors now used at the Mirror Lab to make the world’s largest and most aspheric telescope mirrors; novel methods to test aspheric optical surfaces, REhnu's CPV system

Tom StalcupChief Engineer
Primary and Masters Degrees in Electrical Engineering and PhD in Optical Sciences. Tom spent 6 years in large telescope instrumentation and opto-mechanical development as Adaptive Optics Scientist at W.M. Keck Observatory and Astronomical Instrumentation Coordinator at MMT Observatory. For REhnu has led UA technical team through Gen-2 development, delivering big performance and reliability improvements, and Gen-3 concept evolution.
