Regional Outdoor Sports Co-op (ROSC) provides a platform for passionate owners to provide a more authentic consumer experience, while providing the shop owner an opportunity to leverage a larger store format and complimentary products, without the costs associated with single store ownership. Fluctuations in seasonal demand are offset by a more balanced approach in merchandise presentation and operations; and stores are formatted to meet demand.
