Alexander has developed / run 10 companies and trained multiple teams in the Health & Wellness, Sales, and Marketing sectors. He is the Founder of R.B. Holdings, a series LLC responsible for developing and managing various consulting, staffing, and brokering hemp opportunities. He is also the Founder and Executive Director of The Philanthropic Empowerment Network, a non-profit organization. Alexander has been an entrepreneur for 10 years.

Steve has been an Owner/Operator of multiple businesses for the past 20 years. His most recent venture in NC has been growing 20,000 Hemp plants in 2018 which tested as the highest in CBD% in NC. Steve directs the Land, Licensing and Seed quality for Regen.
