PrincipleEdwin Smith has 35 years of experience in the technology industry, largely focusing on internet technology. He co-founded Objix, Inc., which built one of the first automated provisioning systems for cable modems in the late 90s with a successful exit with its sale toBroadJump in 2001. He also co-founded OpenVault. He has since been involved in the delivery and management of IP-based video for several top-tier cable companies.

PrincipleKevin Alcox has over 25 years of experience with hands on integration and operations in telecom and cable. He co-founded High-Speed Access Corporation which went public in 1999 and was later sold to Charter Communications. He was also co-founded OpenVault, LLC, which will have a successful exit this year. Kevin is also chair of a committee of the TM Forum, responsible for one of the standards upon which our technology is based.

PrincipleThomas Priore has spent 14 years working with top-tier cable companies providing integration, deployment, and operations of complex networks, information systems and video products. He has contributed to the Federal Broadband Stimulus Program. He has been solving high value problems for leading companies for the extent of his career and is a veteran of the Comcast executive engineering staff and three successful start-ups
