She is a developmental psychologist and internationally recognized leader in the measurement of cognitive executive function iDr. Carlson’s research is highly cited and has been featured in several media outlets, including Time, New York Times Magazine, and National Public Radio.

    Dr. Philip Zelazo is a cognitive neuroscientist and co-founder of Reflection Sciences. He is the Nancy M. and John E. Lindahl Professor at the University of Minnesota’s Institute of Child Development, internationally recognized for his pioneering research on executive function in childhood. His work has shaped the field’s understanding of how executive function develops, how it can be measured, and how it impacts learning, health, and success.

Prior to Reflection Sciences Shawn ran a seven-figure software organization. He holds a B.S. in Computer Science (with a minor in Business) from North Dakota State University.

  • Isaac Van Wesep is an experienced EdTech CEO with expertise in assessment and classroom technology. As President at Classrwork.com he led the initial product launch and climb to $1 million in ARR, reporting to the CEO. As CEO of Quick Key, he led a social venture to bring data-driven instruction to under-resourced schools. Quick Key has served millions of students in more than 80 countries. Isaac has an MBA cum laude from Babson College.
