    Dr. Soller recieved her PhD in chemistry from Princeton. After a stint in the semiconductor industry she launched her career developing medical sensors with a position at Bard Critical Care. The research behind the CareGuide platform was carried out when she was Professor of Anesthesiology at UMass Medical School. She left UMass in 2010 to work full time at Reflectance where she serves as President and CEO.

    VIce President of Engineering

    Steve Weisner has 20+ years of experience at Reflectance Medical, HP Medical, Philips Medical, Draeger Medical and Radianse. He has been responsible for business development, strategic planning, partnership management, clinical applications, product requirements, clinical trials, software/hardware engineering, regulatory medical device submissions. Steve graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Masters in Biomedical Engineering.

    Chariman of the Board

    John is currently the CEO of the Joslin Diabetes Center. Previously, John was CEO of Reflectance Medical and Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Joslin. John was the founder of Prism Venture Partners where he was for 10 years. While at Prism he founded Insulet, which he helped take public.
