Eric is a serial entrepreneur with start-up, VC-backed, public company, and M&A experience, and over 30 years experience in software development.

Eric founded BindView Corp., which he led through an IPO in 1998 and sale of the company to Symantec for $209M in 2006. Most recently, Eric founded SmartVault, a cloud-based document management solution. Eric is a graduate of UT Austin with a BA in Humanities.

Graduated of THE UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS at Austin with a bachelor in business administration and an emphasis on Marketing and Finance. After graduating from The University of Texas, Jonathan attended California Western School of Law in San Diego. His business career expands over 20 years as a successful entrepreneur.
